At Sensa Investments we have a streamlined sign-up process which should be relatively easy to follow as you navigate our site. In this guide we aim to describe the process in a bit more detail. Should you still have questions or concerns you would like to discuss you are welcome to reach out to us at anytime.
1. Product Decision
Before you register for a free 30 day trial you will first need to decide on which of our products you wish to use the trial. We currently offer three different products which although they all utilise options on the S&P 500 equity index differ in risk profile and consequently also in return expectations. The three products are:
- Sensa 500 A: Our most conservative product which is not expected to significantly outperform the S&P 500 on an absolute basis but have historically exhibited a much lower level of volatility.
- Sensa 500 B: This product is providing a middle ground between Sensa 500 A and Sensa 500 C with expected volatility below the underlying index combined with a potential for absolute outperformance vs. the underlying index.
- Sensa 500 C: Our least conservative product which is expected to outperform the S&P 500 on an absolute basis while providing a level of volatility in line with or slightly below the underlying index.
Please refer to our products page for a comparison of the three products in terms of relative risk and return profiles. While we aim to provide more than sufficient information on each product for you to make a decision it all comes down to your personal risk appetite and return expectations. If you are unsure about your risk profile, you may want to consult a financial advisor to establish a clearer picture taking all your personal circumstances into account.
2. Registration Details
Once you have selected a product and clicked the free trial button you will be taken to our simple registration form where you will be asked to input a few personal details as illustrated in the screenshot below.
3. Payment Plan
Once you sign up for a free 30 day trial you are asked to decide if you would like to pay on a monthly or annual basis once the free trial expires. We offer a 2 months discount if you decide to pay annually. Please rest assured that in all circumstances you will not be charged anything until the end of the 30 day trial period and you can cancel at anytime during the trial period — no questions asked.
If you click the free trial button via one of our product description pages you will be asked to choose between monthly and annual payments in the registration form. If you click the free trial button for a product in our pricing page the payment term will already have been selected for you in the registration form.
4. Payment Method
In the last part of the registration form you will be asked to select your preferred payment method. We offer payment either via debit/credit card or paypal. If you select debit/credit card you will be asked to input your card details. Should you select PayPal you will be redirected to their payments page to complete the payment method selection there whereafter you will be redirected back to the registration form on our website to complete the registration. As stated earlier, nothing will be charged regardless of which payment method you select until the end of the 30 day trial period and you can cancel at anytime before the end of trial period in which case you won’t be charged.
If you don’t wish to provide your payment details upfront we do also offer you the option to simply skip this step for now (by clicking the “Provide Later” option). You will still be granted a 30 days full trial to your selected product but in order for you to continue benefiting from it you will need to provide payment details before the trial period expires. We will send you a reminder towards the end of the trial period unless you have already provided the payment details before then. You can simply do this via the ‘Update Payments Details’ under ‘Account Actions’ in your account Dashboard.
